Canada’s best rugby party is coming to Vancouver and here's how to get tickets

Get your costumes ready, because HSBC SVNS Vancouver is set to make its triumphant return to BC Place in March. And your chance to scoop up single-day tickets is just around the corner.

HSBC SVNS Vancouver 2026 is roaring into BC Place from March 7 to 8 with the most unique sporting atmosphere in the city.

This is the 11th year of the wildly popular rugby sevens tournament, and single-day tickets will be released on Thursday, Jan. 22.

Two-day tournament passes are also on sale now, and whether you’re a long-time fan or new to the sport, you’ll find lots to enjoy this year.

“HSBC SVNS Vancouver will feature the top tier of the global SVNS Series, showcasing the best sevens teams in the world returning to a two-day format full of high-stakes matchups,” organizers told Daily Hive.

“With the streamlined schedule, fans can expect two-days of non-stop, high-intensity rugby action, all while keeping the festival atmosphere and energy that makes Vancouver one of the most celebrated hosts on the international circuit.”

Two-day tournament passes, which are available at the Gold, Silver and Bronze (General Admission) levels, give fans the first choice of seat selection as well as up to a 30 per cent discount off single-day ticket prices.

Single-day tickets go on sale beginning on Thursday, Jan. 22. However, you can sign up to be an SVNS Insider to gain access to an exclusive single-day presale on Wednesday, Jan. 21, so you can snag your passes early.

Two-day tournament passes are also available to sporting and party fans.

Rugby fans are known for wearing their “fancy dress” to sporting events, and Vancouver SVNS is the ultimate costume party.

Some of the best rugby players in the world are expected to participate in the Vancouver stop on the HSBC SVNS series.

“Players from the 2025 Women’s Rugby World Cup team who captivated our nation with a silver medal performance in England and Olympic Silver Medalists from Canada’s Women’s Sevens Team are expected to be part of the team that will play at HSBC SVNS Vancouver,” said organizers.

“Canada’s Men’s sevens team will also compete both days as part of an international series against two nations.”

There will be food and drink available at BC Place, so make sure to come with an appetite. Just make sure to avoid spilling anything on your fancy outfits.
