BC hotels offering nooners with a sex coach for Valentine's Day
Ready to treat that special someone to a “playcation” for Valentine’s Day? BC-based Hotel Zed is here to help with the return of its popular Nooner campaign with some educational new twists.
The colourful retro hotel chain is offering the Love and Learn Nooner packages at its three locations on Friday, February 14.
Not only can guests book a midday stay in a retro-chic room from 11 am to 2 pm, but they can also sign up for a private coaching session with certified sex educator and coach Maxine Fischer ahead of their stay.

“Nooner guests can book a virtual coaching session before their stay to explore desire mapping, improve communication, expand pleasure, and overcome blocks of arousal – elevating their Valentineās Day Nooner experience to new depths,” said Hotel Zed in a release.
“Forget stale chocolates and overpriced roses ā this is where the real sparks fly.”
Packages start at $169 and the private session with the certified sex coach can also be conducted in person in Victoria.

Hotel Zed is also celebrating sex positivity by hosting a series of Love & Learn workshops this month at its Victoria location.
Fischer, a certified somatic sex educator with 12 years of experience working with individuals and couples, will lead two more workshops, including:
- February 13: De-coding Desire – For singles and couples that want to increase desire and pleasure
- February 20: Intro to KinkāÆ- BDSM – What is it?

This is the 11th anniversary of Hotel Zed’s Nooner campaign, and definitely not the first time the chain has offered a unique Valentine’s Day promotion.
In 2020, if you connected with your special someone at one of their hotels and then had a new baby born nine months after check-in, then you would get a free stay every Valentine’s Day for the next 18 years.
