Private unit listing at Vancouver hotel drops below 2022 sold price
A fancy-looking downtown Vancouver apartment in a major hotel’s private residency building has been listed for sale, but at a lower asking price than the one it sold for just under three years ago.
The apartment unit which was re-listed for sale last week is located at 667 Howe Street, a private residence at the Hotel Georgia.
The suite is currently listed for $999,990. However, in February 2022, it sold for $1,240,000, under the asking price of $1,298,000. That’s more than $240,000 above the current asking price.
BC Assessment values the suite at $1,101,000, down from 2024’s value of $1,145,000.
