If you know how to have fun in Vancouver, chances are you’ve heard of the newest (and hottest) nightlife spot of the moment: Hotel Belmont.
With its modern interior, bright lights and neon signs, and extremely photograph-worthy backgrounds (if you don’t put it on your feed, did it even happen?), this is the spot to be. And we haven’t even told you about the food yet.
And while the night-time vibes are great (and we can’t complain about the food, either), we should draw your attention to our favourite part of the hottest spot downtown: The Dessert Window, located in The Basement of Hotel Belmont.
Yes, we’re talking about a window where you can grab a bunch of home-made treats including ice-cream sandwiches, boozy popsicles, and scoops of ice-cream of various flavours.
The ice-cream sandwiches will come in flavours including Cookie Monster, Strawberry Fields Forever, and Basic Bitch, and boozy popsicles will be available in flavours such as Spicy Mango Margarita, Moscow Mule, and Rosé All Day. (We have a feeling it’ll be hard to say no to these flavours!)
Out-Of-This-World Brownie Sundae/Hotel Belmont
Also available at Hotel Belmont are treats perfect for nights out with friends. Get your hands on retro lunch-boxes filled with an assortment of cookies paired with warm vanilla dipping sauce, or an Out-Of-This-World Brownie Sundae, featuring a galaxy-glazed chocolate brownie, Cookie Monster ice-cream, chocolate sauce and caramel sauce, whipped cream, topped with a cherry.
And if you’re looking for the perfect birthday cake for that special celebration, look no further than the Unicorn Cake, featuring five layers of multi-coloured vanilla cake and buttercream icing (with a flowing candy surprise within!).
