Green Oak Development is bringing European glamour to Vancouver. Inspired by the world of fashion, design, and architecture, their diverse international team aspires to raise the bar of Vancouver living.
Their creative team is a mix of passionate Italians and Vancouverites, each bringing a unique area of expertise to the table. Several have worked alongside high fashion labels in Italy; Bottega Veneta, Gucci, and Armani.

Green Oak is an innovative company presenting Vancouverites with refreshing alternatives to traditional architecture, even if it means taking risks. This company was founded after its creators noticed a missing niche in Vancouver’s development boom. Take one look at the façade of their West 7th Avenue project and you can see the difference.
