The main is a stunning Sous Vide Scallop Mousseline and Sterling Silver Tenderloin and Foie Gras, and it’s all finished with a Ruby Chocolate Strawberry Basil Mousse.

Miku is offering a six-course Holiday Kaiseki menu for $150 per person from November 18 to December 30. This feast includes a Tai Dashi Consommé amuse bouche, a Wagyu Beef Carpaccio, a Kaiseki Arita course with five seasonal items. For the main course, a surf and turf course of Filet Mignon and Aburi Lobster Tail and a selection of Aburi sushi. Folks will finish this meal with a holiday-exclusive Pistachio Paris-Brest.
