Hip-Hop karaoke (HHK) Vancouver is back starting this Monday at the hypest place in town right now, Fortune Sound Club in Chinatown (147 East Pender). Flipout will be your host for the evening and DJ Seko will be spinning live to the instrumentals of your choice. If you plan on grabbing the mic, make sure you pre-register your songs at HHKVancouver@gmail.com. Very important you do so. This is going to be a crazy evening Vancity, showup, rise up, stand up and deliver.

HHK provides the opportunity for people to spit their favourite hip-hop tracks on stage, over the proper instrumental, in front of a jumpin audience, and backed by the biggest sound system in the city. You get the lyrics on a piece of paper and a ridiculous confidence boost as Vancouver gets together to pay homage and show love to the artists and tracks we get down to.
