The Surrey Police Service (SPS) is issuing a warning about a high-risk offender with a history of violence, including offences against women and underage girls, who will be residing in the city.

Nathanial Odorjan is currently on a court order with numerous conditions tied to his release.

Police say that includes Odojan not going into any Canada Safeway stores in B.C., being restricted from entering any Nesters Market in the province, and being banned from the 4Twenty Cannabis store at 3441 Kingsway Ave., in Vancouver.
