3. Tofu Ninja Bowl from Heirloom
Heirloom offers both vegan and vegetarian options for brunch, from the vegan side there is the Tofu Ninja Bowl. A combination of brown fried ride, bok choy, sui choy seasoned with spicy Thai chilli ginger sauce, and topped with grilled tofu, Sriracha, green onion, black sesame seeds, and lotus chips.

The Apprentice has a great selection of vegetables that switches up frequently depending on what has been delivered, combine that with poached eggs and a side salad and you’ve eaten all your veg for the day.

Made with organic eggs from Rabbit River Farms, the Tomato and Mozzarella Frittata is made with gremolata, arugula, and lemon parmesan Brussels sprouts. Combine this with one of The Oakwood’s caesars made with housemade hot sauce and you’ve got a pretty healthy spread.
