Hosted by the Homebuilders Association, the HAVAN Parade of Homes is back for the 26th year to showcase a wide variety of housing choices, with unique design and building solutions in homes throughout Metro Vancouver.
On Sunday, June 9, 2019, from 10 am to 4 pm, the parade of homes will give residents across the region the opportunity to see the latest design build trends, and interact directly with professional builders, renovators, and designers.
“Our builders and designers are showcasing an amazing array of inspiring homes on the parade this year, including a new single-family development custom home, luxurious duplex, award-winning laneway, the rezoning of two city lots into five custom homes, and a wide variety of custom renovation solutions,” said Ron Rapp, HAVAN CEO.
“It’s an opportunity to be inspired and to learn about design solutions and building techniques.”
Admission is free with an encouraged donation of $10 per family — collected at the first home visited — to help support the purchase of tools, building materials, and safety gear for a carpentry training program offered by Lower Mainland secondary schools.
Visitors will also receive a Parade Passport with home details and resource information.
