Ach ja! You can play beer sports and win prizes at Harvest Haus 2017

Finally – Harvest Haus 2017 is returning from October 5 to 14, and we couldn’t be more excited.

This year the event has moved to a bigger and better location than ever before. It has been switched from Queen Elizabeth Plaza to Sole Food Street Farms at 88 Pacific Boulevard, adjacent to BC Place.

You’ll be able to check out the event’s seven unique sittings. Each of them have a different and distinct theme, so whether you’re returning for another year or about to embark on your maiden harvest adventure there is plenty to capture your imagination.

Here are some of the cool sittings you can enjoy this year.

Clash of the Axes

When: Friday, Oktober 6, evening
Prize: 1st place – $600, 2nd place – $300 + 3rd place – $100

Grab a partner, spend some time in the Yukon, and then come back with an axe to grind – or in this case – throw! Register for the Axe-Throwing competition and see if you have the strength and accuracy to become a pair of true harvest heroes!
One team entry grants two GA tickets for the competitors and a slot in our 64 team bracket!

The Stein Games

When: Saturday, October 7, afternoon
Prize: $200 cash + VIP tickets for a sitting at HH in 2018 (or dependent on availability – 2017)

Register yourself and three friends to take part in the 2017 Stein Games. Compete in the Harvest Halle in games like pong, quarters, and coasters to win the coveted Stein Games trophy. Each Stein Games team purchase grants 4 GA tickets to the afternoon sitting and access to the Stein Games competition.

Lippensynchron Battle

When: Saturday, October 14, afternoon
Prize: $200 cash + VIP tickets for a sitting at HH in 2018

Pucker your lips and prepare your best impressions. Participate solo or with a group at our Lippensynchron Battle under the Harvest Tent. Choose your own song and get practicing, prizes and a trophy are up for grabs for the winners. Each gets guaranteed admission for the team!

Kapitan Program

Gather your closest mates and prepare for the ultimate Harvest Haus experience. Organize 12, 18, or 24 people to become a Kapitan at any of the 7 seatings offered. Kapitans will receive free entry & a stein for themselves, as well as reserved seating for their entire group at the long table. This is the only way to reserve seating in the entire Harvest Haus Halle.
