The pools at Harrison Hot Springs Resort have reopened after a rash scare this weekend.
The pools at the facility were closed down by Fraser Health Authority after two guests reported that they suffered rashes after swimming in the mineral pools.
Harrison Hotsprings Resort announced the closure on February 22.
Mineral pools are closed until Monday. We apologize for the inconvenience. Guests staying in the resort during this time will have complimentary use of the village public pool. We will provide more information as it’s made available to us. We appreciate your patience.

Today, the resort said that Fraser Health Authority has reopened the pools after finding no bacteria.
Fraser Health Authority has reopened our pools after finding no bacteria. As a precaution, we drained and cleaned 3 mineral pools over the weekend. Pools are open at noon today. Thank you to our many guests for showing us their support and patience.

Pools will officially be open at noon.
