Hard Rock Casino's Stake Restaurant Celebrates New Menu

At the Hard Rock Casino Vancouver, change is in season at Stake, the property’s flagship restaurant. Visitors to BC’s largest casino by gaming space can now enjoy a dynamic menu of seasonal flavours, locally sourced proteins and vegetables, and a full house of the province’s best beers and wines.

Stake’s Executive Chef Matthew Richmond has crafted a menu for Tri-Cities residents and visitors alike, offering culinary creations that don’t require a roulette win to afford. Having worked at some of the top hotel properties in downtown Vancouver, Richmond is fostering the food scene in Coquitlam and bringing the community together around quality, local food.

The new dishes are big wins. Chef Richmond’s unconventional choices work fabulously, from the blueberry goat cheese mousse on the Beet Trio to the delicious white asparagus in Stake’s signature dish, the Crispy Pork Belly. Perfectly cooked proteins are the centrepiece of most dishes, but much love was given to vegetarians in the form of the fantastic Truffle Polenta.

Stake has raised the game in the Tri-Cities. Give the new menu a try next time you’re trying your luck at the Hard Rock Casino Vancouver or simply looking for a well-priced, well-crafted meal.
