For those who cannot afford their own personal fireworks display this Halloween season, an upcoming free fireworks show is planned for Minoru Park in Richmond on the last night of the month.
The annual Halloween Fireworks Festival returns on October 31 as children donned in costumes make their way around neighbourhoods collecting sweet treats. The event includes music, dancing demonstrations, children’s activities, clowns, a magic show, fire juggling, and a dazzling 10-minute fireworks finale.

This Richmond event is one of the biggest free, public fireworks shows in Metro Vancouver.
