Adopt my Shop is an initiative by Daily Hive, West Coast Technology Innovation Foundation (WCTIF), and the IT in Canada collective. Find out more on how to support your local small businesses here.

Located in the heart of downtown Vancouver, Gyoza Bar is renowned for dishing up modern Japanese food with an innovative twist.

The owners of this contemporary spot continue to be inspired by the diversity of our city, which is why they created a menu that celebrates international flavours and traditional recipes.

The food available to order at Gyoza Bar is the epitome of Japanese comfort food with pork teppan gyoza and spicy miso sauce (available in four, eight, and 12 pieces), warm-your-belly tonkotsu pork ramen, chicken miso ramen, and vegetable ramen bowls. Marukatsu curry is also available with pork or chicken, cooked in the restaurant’s 48-hour Japanese curry sauce.

When it comes to ramen, Gyoza Bar uses noodles with a slight al-dente bite and which are made using a blend of Canadian flours. All broths served with the ramen options are made in-house using natural flavours, free from MSG.

Gyoza Bar is offering delivery via Skip the Dishes and UberEats, with orders available for pick up at neighbouring restaurant Miku (70-200 Granville Street).
