Get your skis shined up – wait, make that skates.

While Grouse Mountain is still not open yet for skiing and snowboarding, visitors can get a taste of winter starting on November 7, as the resort opens its skating pond.

The pond is open to skaters from 9 am to 10 pm and Grouse Mountain pass holders can use it for free. Patrons can bring their own equipment or rent their gear from the fireside hut.
