North Vancouver’s Grouse Grind has been closed off to the public, after what police have described as a “sudden death” on the popular trail.
At 9 am, Metro Vancouver Regional Parks announced that the popular trail has been closed off due to a “police incident.”
In a statement to Daily Hive, North Vancouver RCMP dSgt. Peter DeVries said “foul play is not suspected” the incident.
He added though, that “it does not appear to have been a medical incident.”
At this time, Metro Vancouver Regional Parks asks users to respect the closure and say they will reveal more information when it becomes available.
