Grape Juice Aims to Harvest $100,000 for Big Sisters

Tickets are now on sale for Grape Juice, the fifth annual wine auction fundraising event for Big Sisters of BC Lower Mainland.  At the April 26th event, presented by Ferrari Maserati of Vancouver, guests can bid on wines from around the world while sampling wines from Marquis Wine Cellars, La Vieux Pin and La Stella Winery, and culinary creations from The Lazy Gourmet.

Founding Sponsors McNeill Nakamoto Recruitment Group and MAC Marketing Solutions created Grape Juice to raise much needed funds to support Big Sisters of BC Lower Mainland’s mentoring programs for local at-risk girls.  They hope to raise a record $100,000 at this year’s event, which will allow Big Sisters to match 50 girls on their waitlist with a supportive mentor.

“We believe every young girl has the potential to reach her dreams. Through mentoring, Big Sisters is helping young girls learn to believe that they can make their dreams come true,” said Sarah McNeill, Chief Acceleration Officer at McNeill Nakamoto Recruitment Group. “In that way, the funds raised through Grape Juice are helping boost self-esteem and build possibilities in the lives of vulnerable girls in our community.”
