Gordon Alexander David arrested after Canada-wide warrant for manslaughter

The Surrey man wanted Canada-wide for the alleged murder of his wife on May 10 has been arrested, according to the Integrated Homicide Investigation Team.

Gordon Alexander David, 34, was arrested on Tuesday, May 12 by the Vancouver Police Department while walking down Granville Street. IHIT has said David is being charged in the Surrey homicide of Cady Quaw and the aggravated assault of another women.

In the incident, one woman was found seriously injured and is now in hospital receiving treatment. Another woman – his 23-year-old spouse – was fatally wounded.

David has had a history with police, who have made multiple visits to the residence for reports of domestic abuse.
