Canada's largest gluten-free event comes to Vancouver January 12 and 13

We’ve come a long way from the early days of the gluten-free revolution.

Instead of having to eat dense, dry bread, we have light pastries, delicious meal options, and even beer up for grabs from a variety of local makers.

Nowadays, a gluten-free diet is something people can actually enjoy, but there are so many products to try and so little time. That’s where the Gluten Free Expo comes in, Canada’s largest gluten-free event.

This annual convention brings everything gluten-free together for two days of learning, cooking, sampling, and buying with some amazing discounts.

There will be hundreds of products to try – everything from beer and pizza to breads and perogies. And many of these products aren’t just gluten-free, a ton are also allergen-free, dairy-free, low-FODMAP, and diabetic-friendly.
