Giovane Bacaro to open at the Fairmont Pacific Rim Hotel

Kitchen Table Restaurants is just days away from opening its new concept to the public. Giovane Bacaro is slated to welcome patrons for the first time next week in the former location of the Giovane Cafe.

The new Venetian-inspired wine bar will open on the lobby level at the Fairmont Pacific Rim where it will offer small plates and libations inspired by Northern Italy.

Folks can take a trip to this specific region of our favourite boot-shaped country by indulging in cocktails, spritzes, and spirits inspired by traditional Italian culture.

Beef Carpaccio a la Harry’s

The wine bar, dining room, and lounge will be serving up a rotating menu of bites like Italian paninis, fresh bread, salads, and pasta dishes, along with desserts.

There’s also a space for the reimagined Giovane Caffé with caffeinated beverages and more. The caffe will be open daily from 7 am to 6 pm, and until 5 pm on Sundays.

Giovane Bacaro will officially open on Thursday, June 10, after which it will be open daily from 3 pm till late for dine-in and bar service until June 21.
