The largest gingerbread house in Vancouver is located in the lobby of the Hyatt Regency Vancouver on Burrard (across the SkyTrain station). The house measures 11 feet in height and is 16 feet in width. It contains 500 lbs of dough, 400 pounds of confection sugar and a few secret ingredients. Just don’t try to touch it, trust me I learned the hard way.
The display is on now through December 27th.
