Jennifer Lawrence is our new girl crush. She’s a smart cookie, she is a fab actress, she always looks amazing and she’s down-to-earth and FUNNY. How can you not like her?

We were thrilled that the 23-year-old actress won the Golden Globe for Best Performance by a Supporting Actress in a Motion Picture–she really was good in American Hustle.

And didn’t she look gorgeous? The star was elegantly dressed in a billowy Christian Dior gown, and her beauty look was showstopping, thanks to makeup artist extraordinaire, Ve Neill (best known for her award-winning work on Pirates of the Caribbean, Beetle Juice and Mrs. Doubtfire).

J Law’s simply stunning complexion was achieved by using a combo of Dior Airflash Matte Touch Long-Lasting Airy Powder and Diorskin Nude BB Crème in Fair (#002) , with Diorblush Glowing Color Powder Blush in My Rose (#943) adding a subtle hint of colour to her cheeks.

We just adore the actress’ smoky eye makeup–it should have won an award for Best Bedroom Eyes at an Awards Show! Neill used Dior 5 Couleurs Eyeshadow in Gris-Gris (#034), then lined the eyes with Dior Crayon Khôl in Black (#099) , finishing off with two coats of Diorshow Iconic Overcurl Mascara in Over Black #090.

Neill gave Jennifer a fabulous vampy, deep berry lip, care of Rouge Dior Couture Colour Voluptuous Care Lipstick in Prune Daisy (#976).
