Get Fit for New Years

Most of us wait until New Years to start fresh and make resolutions for the coming year.  Resolutions usually start strong, but by the time winter hits we often forget about them and wait to make new ones until the New Year.This time around we want to help give you a jump start on those resolutions to come and, maybe help keep with those you’ve already made.

Yoga On The Flow and Vancouver Kettlebell Training would like to invite you to bring a friend for FREE when you sign up for our November Fuse beginner set.  Fuse classes bring you both  strength and mobility training in an hour session.  In this 4 week Intro class, you will learn and hone your basic Kettlebell skills including the double handed swing, farmer’s lunges, the clean and press and many more.  You will also learn how to increase/sustain your mobility with yoga inspired static and dynamic stretches; creating the perfect balance of strength and flexibility in your body.

Beginner classes run weekly on Thursday evenings 7PM – 8PM from November 7th – November 28th.
