I could be showing my age here but one of my favourite movies as a child was the Wizard of Oz. So much so that when my first baby was born I found myself singing the words to “Somewhere over the Rainbow” to her in the rocking chair (and remembered them word for word).
That’s just one of the reasons why I was thrilled to hear that the Gateway Theatre would be performing the Wizard of Oz this festive season. Starting Thursday, December 10 and running until January 3, 2016, this is a production you won’t want to miss.
