Celebrated Gastown restaurant Blacktail Florist has expanded their offerings to include lunch Monday to Sunday.
Executive Chef Geoff Rogers has assembled a small but stellar sampling of Blacktail Florist’s signature B.C.-centric farm-to-table dishes for the midday crowd.
A daily housemade pasta is on the lunch menu, along with a Lamb Burger, soups, a B.C. Nicoise salad, and some adventurous eats, like a Bison Tartare, an Ox Tongue Pastrami Sandwich, and Blacktail’s take on Chicken & Waffles (with chicken liver mousse). There’s fresh oysters, cheese and charcuterie boards, and signature cocktails, or beer or wine.
