<p>BC Hydro crews are currently investigating the cause of a power outage in downtown Vancouver that has left nearly 1,300 customers in the dark.</p>
<p>The outage occurred at around 9:45 am on Thursday morning, and is affecting most of Gastown and extends into Strathcona and Hastings-Sunrise.</p>
