Future Shop, Canada’s largest retailer and etailer of consumer electronics, is celebrating the release of World of Warcraft: Cataclysm by hosting a Midnight Madness launch events at store locations across the country. In addition to purchasing the game early, anxious customers attending the events can score a variety of World of Warcraft memorabilia , such as Cataclysm t-shirts, mouse pads and posters, free for the first 30 customers.
The Epic Midnight Madness party in Vancouver goes down Mon., Dec. 6, 2010, 9:00 p.m. at the Future Shop on Granville and Robson. They will also be offering gift cards to customers by participating in the following:
* Costume contest for customers to showcase their World of Warcraft pride with a chance to win the $1,500 grand prize
* Dance competition wear customers can bust out their favourite World of Warcraft moves
* Beat the Loremaster trivia game by sharing knowledge of the expansion series
The Epic Midnight Madness launch party will commence at 9:00 p.m. until doors open at 12 midnight and the Downtown Vancouver Future Shop will be know as “Kalimdor City of Orgrimmar”
Epic prizing will be awarded for top performers in each activity.
Additionally, they will be offering the first 500 customers a choice from one of two Epic t-shirts by Jinx. Custom Cataclysm mousepads will be offered with purchase of the game while supplies last.
