What ever happened to predictability? The milkman, the paperboy, evening TV? You miss your old familar friends, but waiting just around the bend… is a ‘Full House’ reboot coming to Netflix!

The classic ’80s and ’90 family sitcom with original stars Bob Saget, John Stamos and Mary-Kate and Ashley Olson will be streaming online with 13 episodes set to premiere on Netflix in 2016. Stamos appeared on ‘Jimmy Kimmel Live’ Monday night to confirm the news.

“Five minutes ago they called and sealed the deal. We’ve been working on this for many, many years. It starts sort of as a reunion and then spins off,” Stamos told Kimmel.

As of today, the show will star Candace Cameron Bure (D.J. Tanner), Jodie Sweetin (Stephanie Tanner), Andrea Barber (Kimmy Gibler) and John Stamos (Uncle Jesse). Discussions to bring back Bob Saget (Danny Tanner), Dave Coulier (Uncle Joey), Lori Loughlin (Aunt Becky) and Mary-Kate and Ashley Olson (Michelle Tanner) are ongoing.

According to Deadline, the show will be called ‘Fuller House’.

The industry-insider magazine reports “the adventures that began in 1987 on Full House continue, with veterinarian D.J. Tanner-Fuller pregnant and recently widowed, living in San Francisco. D.J.’s younger sister/aspiring musician Stephanie Tanner and D.J.’s lifelong best friend/fellow single mother Kimmy Gibbler, along with Kimmy’s feisty teenage daughter Ramona, all move in to help take care of D.J.’s two boys — the rebellious 12-year-old J.D. and neurotic seven-year-old Max — and her soon-to-arrive baby.”

‘Full House’ aired for eight years from 1987 to 1995. The 30-minute sitcom featured three single men raising three young daughters in San Francisco. The family eventually expanded to have Uncle Jesse marry Aunt Becky and raise two boys. The series ended abruptly in 1995 with no thematic conclusion.
