And so the 2016 MLS season for the Vancouver Whitecaps is about to draw to a close, but there is one final chance for the ‘Caps to win some silverware this weekend.

It’s been a tough year of challenging setbacks and disappointment for Vancouver, but they can still go out on a high note if they can win the Cascadia Cup on Sunday.

Vancouver will have their work cut out for them because they’ll be facing a very determined Portland Timbers squad, who need to win the game to make it into the playoffs and defend their 2015 MLS Cup title.
