Western Canada’s most successful series of extreme Halloween entertainment is returning to Playland at the PNE from October 17 to October 31, 2012. This year, Fright Nights will debut a sixth haunted house, FEAR, created by legendary haunted attractions producer, Scarefactory. As a bonus to our readers we have 3 pairs of tickets to giveaway.
The brand new haunted house FEAR is 2,500 square-feet devoted to the top listed paranoias including: claustrophobia, arachnophobia, and acrophobia. FEAR will complement the current slate of five popular houses: Car-n-Evil, Hollywood Horrors, Asylum, Darkness and Haunted Mansion.
Last year, Fright Nights welcomed over 80,000 guests for an adult-themed Halloween experience. Fright Nights is the most successful adult-themed event in Western Canada and continues to add more programming and broaden its event footprint each year.
In addition to the six haunted houses, Fright Nights is bringing back two of its most popular entertainment groups. The Monsters of Schlock, the world’s craziest two-man comedy circus show returns to Fright Nights to perform an amazing stunt show influenced by the early days of vaudeville, the 3 Stooges and the carnivals of yore. Kinshira Fire Troupe will continue to amaze guests with its use of fire to incorporate symmetry, passion, dance and geometric design into one new and amazing show.

Due to the overwhelming demand, Fright Nights is putting a cap on the number of tickets sold per day. Tickets must be purchased for a specific date. Event nights have limited availability and may sell out. Due to the increased length of guest experience associated with the new haunted house FEAR, lines to the house will be closed when guest wait times exceed one hour and reopened at the discretion of management.
Admission includes unlimited access to all six haunted houses, two shows and 16 rides. (There is an additional charge for the Hellevator, Drop Zone and Revelation.) Parking is NOT included.
