Summer time in Vancouver is definitely the best time of the year in the city, when it actually arrives of course. In the summer the city is fully alive as Vancouverites soak in the sun for a good 2 or 3 months before fall and Hockey season start up once again. One of my favourite things to do in the summer is check out one of Vancouver’s outdoor movie.
The series returns once again, however, this year Vancouver’s outdoor movie season has moved to Ceperley Meadow in Stanley Park, near Second Beach. The previous year the movies were shown at David Lam Park in Yaletown.
This is perfect for date night, a night out with friends, or just good old wholesome family fun. Just remember to bring some food as there are no concession stands.
