Dec 20 2017, 3:31 am

The Rio Theatre will be broadcasting this weekend’s 73rd Annual Golden Globe Awards, and movie and television fans are welcome to attend for free.

The 19+ event will be licensed with bar service and will offer trivia and costume contests during commercial breaks. Doors open at 4 p.m. and the show starts at 5.

This year’s Globes are hosted once again by Ricky Gervais and include awards for TV and film with some of Hollywood’s biggest stars. Nominations were announced last month.
