As per annual tradition, Science World will be hosting a FREE admission day this Sunday, September 27. The special day is coupled with live science shows, demonstrations, hands-on activities for families with young kids, and exhibitors from across B.C.’s vast science community.
The full day of free admission, presented by B.C. Hydro, kicks off the science museum’s annual month-long Around the Dome science festival.
“This event brings out the best in our community – bright young minds – who, with their families, are being exposed to a lifelong engagement with science,” said Sally Greenwood, Vice President Communications & Education, in a statement.
“Life sciences and technology are two main drivers of BC’s economy and ensuring that future generations are given every opportunity to excel in these exciting areas is a key objective for Genome BC.”
