Former Two Chefs And A Table restaurant co-owner pleads guilty for hidden restroom camera

The former co-owner of the now-closed Two Chefs And A Table in the Downtown Eastside has pleaded guilty for installing a hidden camera in the bathroom of his restaurant.
Yesterday, Allan Bosomworth pleaded guilty in provincial court to a single count of “secretly observing nudity in a private space” and will receive his sentence in December.
In September 2013, Bosomworth turned himself in after his business partner, the restaurant’s other co-owner, discovered the washroom camera.
An arrest warrant was issued after the Crown alleged Bosomworth observed or recorded people “in a place in which they could reasonably be expected to be nude, to expose their genital organs and/or anal region.”
The business partner is not implicated in the criminal matter. However, the incident led to the restaurant’s eventual shutdown.
The Richmond location of Two Chefs And A Table restaurant remains open and is not connected to the incident.
