Dakota Johnson and Jamie Dornan film Fifty Shades Darker in Vancouver (PHOTOS)

Fifty Shades Darker/Freed, the sequels to 2015’s Fifty Shades of Grey, have been shooting in Vancouver for the past week, but today was the first day of location filming.

Despite the wind and torrential downpour, the two leads, Dakota Johnson and Jamie Dornan, were in excellent moods, often breaking character with bouts of laughter.

The films will be shooting in Gastown again tomorrow as well as at several locations around the lower mainland until June.
