FIFA World Cup trophy coming to Vancouver and here's how to see it

FIFA World Cup 2026 is less than 100 days away from kicking off, with BC Place set to host their first match on Saturday, June 13.
With the tournament inching closer to the start date, FIFA is giving fans an opportunity to get hyped about the upcoming World Cup.
Coca-Cola is hosting a tour for the original FIFA World Cup trophy in Canada, with the first stop being Vancouver.
The FIFA World Cup trophy will be available for fans to view on Friday, April 10, and Saturday, April 11, at the North Plaza of the Vancouver Art Gallery.
Tickets are free to acquire, and promotional material for the event says fans can also show up for their chance to view the trophy. Getting a ticket also allows fans to get a photo with the trophy.
Vancouver is the first stop on a Canada-wide tour for the FIFA World Cup Trophy. Other stops also include Calgary, Winnipeg, Toronto, Ottawa, Montreal, and Halifax.
Both Vancouver and Toronto will host seven games each for the World Cup, beginning on June 13.
BC Place will host five World Cup matches in the group stage, including two of Canada’s matches.
Canada will battle Qatar at BC Place on Thursday, June 18, before taking on Switzerland on Wednesday, June 24.
BC Place will also host other prominent soccer stars such as Mohammed Salah from Egypt on Saturday June, 21. Vancouver will also host two knockout matches, which take place on Thursday, July 2 (Round of 32) and Tuesday, July 7 (Round of 16).
