If you’re looking to get FIFA World Cup tickets, you’re far from the only one.

The 48-team tournament is coming to Mexico, the United States, Toronto, and Vancouver next year.

On Wednesday, the entry opened for next month’s presale draw, run in conjunction with FIFA partner Visa.

And according to FIFA, more than 1.5 million people have already signed up for a shot at getting tickets in the first 24 hours of the ballot being open.

After the host countries, the seven countries with the most signups come from Argentina, Colombia, Brazil, England, Spain, Portugal, and Germany. Outside of Colombia and Portugal, all of those other countries have both hosted and won the FIFA World Cup at least once in their history.

The good news is that entry for the draw remains open until Sept. 19, with the results of the draw being announced on or before Sept. 29. For the sign-up stage, no priority is given to earlier entrants in the actual results of the random draw.

How do you enter the FIFA World Cup presale draw?

With a little over a week left for the first presale draw entry window, it’s not too late to toss your name in if you haven’t already.

Potential buyers can go to FIFA’s website to register for the draw and will be asked to create an account or log in to their previously existing one.

Once through the queue, fans will be asked to log in or create a FIFA ID and fill out a comprehensive form that will allow them to enter a lottery system to hopefully secure their seats for the World Cup, provided they have a valid Visa Debit, Credit, or prepaid card.

Winners of the initial draw will be invited to purchase tickets at a specific later time slot starting Oct. 1, on a first-come, first-served basis (subject to availability).

If you don’t get lucky this go-around, there are multiple other chances to get tickets. Two more draws are remaining, as well as the Canada Soccer-specific draw for their home matches. The next public draw will take place from Oct. 27 to 31, with the final draw taking place Dec. 5.
