Everyone knows about Dine Out Vancouver, it’s going on right now and it is enjoying its biggest year yet. However, this year Vancouverites have the option of checking out another great dining event, FeastVan. Consider it East Van’s counter culture response to Dine Out or simply a showcase of the plethora of great restaurants in East Vancouver. Either way you’re going to have a great meal. As a bonus you will be helping the Vancouver Inner City Back Pack Food Program by dining at these participating restaurants during FeastVan, which runs from Jan 20 – Feb 05, 2012.

In its inaugural year, if a success, I can see the many great restaurants on the city’s east side participating next year.
Note:
- $1 from every prix fixe dinner sold will go towards the Vancouver Inner City Back Pack Food Program
- A % of the proceeds from every keg of R&B Brewing East Side Bitter sold at participating FeastVan restaurants will go towards the Vancouver Inner City Back Pack Food Program
