FDU Vancouver is opening its new campus in Oakridge Park this October

University campuses might not exactly have a reputation for being the most exciting places in a city. But FDU Vancouver’s brand new campus is switching things up!

The university is officially opening its new 70,000-square-foot campus at Oakridge Park this October.

The university also works with industry organizations and employers to create opportunities for collaboration, talent development, and professional learning, helping FDU Vancouver respond to changing workforce needs across B.C.

Speaking of the new FDU Vancouver campus, let’s just say it looks pretty impressive.

The 70,000+-square-foot space includes 18 classrooms, five computer labs, and two semi-wet science labs, alongside modern student and collaborative spaces.

As it is surrounded by shops, restaurants, and green spaces, it’s been designed to be a super connected place where students can easily move between studying, grabbing a coffee, meeting friends and exploring the neighbourhood — without having to go far

Oakridge Park itself is one of Vancouver’s newest communities, bringing together commercial businesses, parks, cultural spaces, and other amenities in a walkable neighbourhood.

FDU Vancouver is opening the doors to a campus that’s designed to be closely connected to the city around it. Visit the campus for yourself or learn more via the FDU website.
