Founders Vince and Angus played through the Provincial, National, and Collegiate soccer levels before settling in Greater Vancouver. Throughout University, they spoke about how once graduated, they’d start up a company specializing in these specific fields. EP launched in early 2010, and they have not looked back since.
What sets Excel Performance apart from other businesses?
EP is truly unique in that they are a mobile company. We have trainers and coaches on-call, located throughout the lower mainland to fit your schedule and location. We cater to youth as young as 5 years old to the senior population looking to stay in top-shape! Our style of fitness is “simplified”! Programs are built to offer an efficient challenge to fully maximize each client’s physical aptitude. Each workout regime is geared to be high-intensity, using functional movements as a major tool to utilize all the fitness domains.
What about if I am a beginner in fitness or soccer?
All EP coaches and trainers can tailor any program to your individualized needs. They are well experienced with clients that stand at the very opposite of the fitness spectrum. EP certified trainers are very encouraging, of all fitness levels and ability, in any of our specific programs!
Where would you like to see your business 5 years from now?
The goal of Excel Performance is to continue to provide clients with an avenue to achieve their goals. Having one home base, location to run the business and specific programs from, while staying committed to the mobile fitness model, would give us prime access to serving clients throughout Greater Vancouver.
