We talked to Etoiles Brisees Founder Sonia Parmar about creating a comfortable and sustainable clothing brand

Ahead of Etoiles Brisees’ upcoming online retail launch, we caught up with the company’s founder, Sonia Parmar, to chat about her fashion journey and the brand’s organic intention.

“It all started in 2022 with my mom and sister experiencing allergic reactions to certain fabrics and chemicals,” explains Etoiles Brisees Founder Sonia Parmar. “This ignited a spark of determination to find a solution. Not just for their needs, but for others who might share similar experiences, and want sustainable, organic clothing.” 

The result is a local Vancouver brand that seeks to lead in the revolution of comfortable and sustainable fashion. With a strong emphasis on utilizing high-quality, skin-friendly, and breathable organic materials in its clothing, Etoiles Brisees recognizes that comfort is subjective, and strives to ensure wearers feel at ease in every piece. 

But comfort doesn’t have to sacrifice style or practicality.
