Stanley Park Railway Easter Train

  • What: Hop on the Stanley Park Train for an egg-citing Easter ride through Stanley Park. Other fun activities include mini golf, an Easter Egg hunt, meeting the Easter Bunny, and planting a posy

  • Cost: Train Ride – $6 for ages 3+, Free for 2 and under

7th Annual Burke Mountain Community Easter Egg Hunt

  • What: A fun day of chocolate hunting at Galloway Park. Featuring live music, food trucks, firefighters and a special appearance by the Easter Bunny. It also raises awareness and funds for local women’s shelter, Tri-City Transitions.
  • Where: Galloway Park – 3404 Galloway Ave, Coquitlam
  • When: April 14 from 10 am to 1 pm
  • Cost: Minimum $5 donation per family, all proceeds go to Tri-City Transitions.

Easter at the Cannery

  • What: The Easter Salmon makes its annual return this year to hide eggs for the little ones to find throughout the historic cannery. At 10:30 am, The Great Salmon “Egg” Hunt will start and repeat every 30 minutes throughout the day with the last egg hunt at 4:30 pm. There will also be Easter crafts, games and an interactive story-time suitable for kids ages 2 to 12 years old.

Cottontail Easter Egg Hunt

  • What: Bring your Easter egg basket and your observation skills to this event and you’ll be sure to go home a winner. Hosted by Panther Cheer Athletics.
  • Where: Panther Cheer Athletics – #133-2771 Simpson Road, Richmond
  • When: April 15 from 3 to 4:30 pm
  • Register: Online, Free

Grandparent and Family Easter Egg Hunt

  • What: Easter festivities for grandparents and grandchildren. Take part in an egg hunt, crafts, games, treats, and more.
  • Where: Bonsor 55+ Seniors Centre – 6533 Nelson Ave, Burnaby
  • When: April 15 from 10 am to noon
  • Register: Online, $2. For ages 17 months to 10 years with a senior. Children must be accompanied by a grandparent.

VanDusen Botanical Garden’s Great A-Mazing Egg Hunt

  • What: Take part in the 9th Annual A-Maze-ing Egg Hunt at VanDusen Botanical Garden. Afterwards, enjoy some fun crafts and activities or check out the yummy food selections and explore the beauty in our 55 acre garden.

Hippity Hoppity Easter Event at Creekside

  • What: Hippity Hoppity bounce your way through the egg hunt, games, crafts, and fun stations. For ages 0 to 5 with an adult.

Easter Egg Hunt and Scramble at Fort Langley National Historic Site

  • What: Little bunnies can complete the all-ages scavenger hunt that will take you exploring around the fort and earn treats as they go. At set times, children 5 and under can also participate in the “Egg Scramble,” where they will be divided by age and will find as many eggs as they can on the giant map of British Columbia. Complimentary admission for Canada 150.

Easter Fun Run

  • What: An Easter run and egg hunt in Stanley Park to support Canuck Place. Featuring DJs, vendors, free coffee and hot chocolate, and more.

Easter at the Market

  • What: The Easter Bunny and the Easter egg hunt are back at Lonsdale Quay Market. Meet at Easter Headquarters by the Cheshire Cheese Restaurant to discover different vendors on the Retail level while collecting Easter eggs. Each Retail Level store and Olde World Confections will have different coloured eggs, and participants will need to collect one of each to redeem a treat bag filled with goodies (while supplies last).

Township 7 Vineyards and Winery’s Easter Festival

  • What: Township 7’s 11th annual Easter Festival, with a petting zoo, face painting, and an egg hunt in the vines for the children, and live music and spring wine releases for the parents. There will also be an onsite food truck with delicious goodies.

Easter Brunch at Grouse Mountain
