Today the much anticipated Earnest Ice Cream Parlour opens up on Fraser Street. The new brick and mortar location is located at 3992 Fraser Street.
The space will be much more than just your average ice cream parlour. The space will also be a production facility and retail store.
The ice cream parlour and cafe will of course have the usual ice cream cones, sundaes, shakes, affogatos (a coffee-based beverage with a scoop of vanilla gelato or ice cream topped off with a shot of hot espresso) and pints.

Hours for opening weekend:
Thursday: 5 -10 p.m.
Friday, Saturday & Sunday: 12-10 p.m.
