Dundas Nightmare Haunted House in Burnaby

Dec 19 2017, 8:33 pm

On 4260 Dundas Street in North Burnaby, you will find one of the largest and scariest private events this holiday season. Welcome to your worst nightmare, A Dundas Nightmare.

For the past eight years the Quarto family and friends have been entertaining and scaring the public. Last year alone they were able to raise over $1,000 to BC Children’s Hospital (one night of accepting donations), and this year they hope to shatter that record.

As each year passes they continue to grow and expand beyond their imagination. What makes them different from the rest is that they build from the ground up. The cost of material and props is all out of their own pockets. Every year they have great ambitions, and this year is no different.

The house is fully enclosed so it is dry to the actors and the public and it is filled with 10 different themed rooms and several dark hallways, props, live actors, spot lights, fog machines and creepy music to add to the experience.

With over 100 hours of hard work and dedication going into the haunted house, they still have final touches before opening night. With the support from family and friends (and by popular demand from the public) this year they have decided to entertain the public for two terrifying nights, October 30 and 31.
