Drake Vancouver @ Centre Performing Arts July 27th

Canadian actor turned rapper Drake will be in  town on July 27th at The Centre in Vancouver For Performing Arts. He is currently on The Away From Home Tour and will be bringing along a couple of special guests. Although a man of many talents (you can catch his acting skills on Degrassi), it wasn’t until  fellow rapper Lil’ Wayne signed him that he starting getting media hype down south. Put it this way, a Canadian rapper embraced by a mainstream U.S. audience is very difficult to do. For that Drake should be commended.

Now part of the Young Money crew (Lil’ Wayne’s record label), he can be found collaborating with other young money artists Nicki Minaj, Mack Maine and many more. For those of you looking to get tickets, good luck, because the show has sold out. Your best bet is to find them throw Showtime Tickets or Craigslist.
