One of Vancouver’s favourite local chicken joints has announced a very exciting collab.

East Vancouver’s Downlow Chicken shack and BoomBox Brewing are launching a limited-edition brew, and proceeds will go towards benefiting the Vancouver Food and Beverage Community (VanFBC) Relief Fund.

This new beverage is available starting Thursday, but only for three days in total — April 9 to 11 — along with T-shirts and specially branded TeKu glassware starting at 1 pm today.

Beer lovers can get the Double Dry Hopped (DDH) IPA “hyped” at The American, DL Chicken, and at BoomBox Brewing’s website.

Brews will be sold in four-packs and only 40 will be sold per day between 1 and 5 pm. Folks are limited to two four-packs per person.
