Dog stolen outside of Urban Fare in Olympic Village

This is the second story about a dog being stolen in the city of Vancouver over the last few days.

Lucia, the Tan Chihuahua mix, was reportedly stolen outside of the Urban Fare in the Olympic Village at around 8:30 p.m. on Tuesday, April 15, 2014. The dog was apparently taken off her leash after being left outside for just a few minutes.
