Officials with the Burnaby Branch of the BC SPCA are looking for a stolen Boston terrier-pug mix named “Ninja.”
Ninja was brought in to care after he was found abandoned in Central Park.
When he was put up for adoption, a woman came to the shelter, filled out the dog-walking form to take him out for a walk.
She left her keys and purse at reception.
When she didn’t come back, staff discovered the purse didn’t contain a wallet and the info on the dog-walking form had been falsified, so they can’t track the dog-napper.
