Dish 'n Dazzle 2016: A night of food, wine, and cocktails for a cause

Raise your glass and fill your plate for a terrific cause on May 18 at the annual Dish ‘n Dazzle, the fundraiser that benefits the BC Hospitality Foundation.

This year the event is being co-presented by Wines of Australia, so attendees will find over 80 premium Australian wines on offer, in addition to food from several of Vancouver’s most celebrated restaurants.

Participating restaurants include Forage, Homer St. Café, CinCin, Joe Fortes, Notch 8, the Donnelly Group, La Grotta del Formaggio, and more.

In addition to the food and wine, Dish ‘n Dazzle will include a signature cocktail competition for the Derek Vanderhyde trophy. Live entertainment will be provided by the band Les is More.

Dish ‘n Dazzle is one of three annual signature fundraising events held by the BC Hospitality Foundation, so that the organization can continue supporting hospitality workers both through scholarship winners & beneficiaries.

Where: Vancouver Convention Centre, 999 Canada Place, Vancouver

Cost: Tickets are $85 each, or $79 each for groups of six or more (plus handling), and are available for purchase online.
